Scared

My son is napping-my husband is hanging out with a friend. My studio is relatively organized-and here I sit to work and a creeping fear rises in my chest.

Can I really do this? Who do I think I am? I can't be successful at this I am not good enough.

So I decided to come her and let you know I have moments like these.

I am going to close my eyes and imagine how it feels to have all the things I want

I am going to write a list starting with: I am so happy and grateful now that......

I am going to make myself dance, clap and jiggle my dreams to reality.

you can do this....shit i have done it - you can do it. release yourself and allow you - to do
whatever it is that you need to do.

the best part, what you are creating is all yours. no one else's....yours.

It helps me to know that someone with your talent has moments like this, too. I like the dancing--I've been putting on "Bikini Bottom" (from the Spongebob Squarepants movie--oh, I'm embarassed!) and dancing all over the place, ever since I started reading you.

I probably look like an idiot, but it doesn't matter, because of how good it feels...

You really do have all the pieces, and I think maybe that dancing and jiggling will help them all fall into place :)

I'm glad you've brought back "I am so happy and grateful now that.." I've done that a couple of times and not felt confident with what I've put down. We just need to keep at it!

We all (I think) will always have moments that the fear creeps up...that is why we are here (I think) to expand beyond the fear.

How I hear you and know and send you love!

YOU ARE MORE THAN GOOD ENOUGH. You repeat that to yourself everyday when you have these moments...these human moments. Your work stands alone and says you...and you are amazing my friend.

love.xoxoxo
