It is going to be 95 here today and our air conditioner is broken. I am never good in the heat. I get pretty crabby and quiet.Is it hot where you are? How do you fare in this weather?

it's about 26 degrees celcius here. pretty hot, specially for holland. i've spent the day working from my bedroom. it's the coolest place in my apartment :)

Can YOU believe I want to iron today + plant some flowers???!!! It's supposed to get in the 90's again here too today!!! Ug! even in the evening it is too HOT but I hope the flowers can take it! Did YOU save any Cosmos seed?!!! tee hee
Well it is currently 46 degrees, windy and rainy here. I'd prefer some sunshine, but I'll take this over the 90s any day.
I've been oogling your new photos on flickr. Your processing is just amazing.
It will be up over 100 again today... maybe 110?
Yuck.
I have been spending a lot of time at my in laws house and playing in their pool with the kids... I am also becoming freakishly tan.
Things I do in the heat: Swim, Eat Otter Pops, go somewhere with good AC... like the movies... BBQ so the oven does not heat up the house.

It is hot and sticky here. We have central ac but try not to turn it on until later in the season. I brought up a fan from the basement and put it right in front of my computer. It helps. But it get all slow in the heat. makes me super Lazy!

We must be experiencing the same east coast heat wave. I'm staying cool eating raspberry sorbet blended with blueberries and strawberries and then refrozen. Delicious!

It has been hot as hades here in Georgia too. I have been enduring it with NO A/C in my car for TOO long until my darling husband got it fixed over the weekend while I was having a girl's trip with my sister. :)
It is a blazing 98 degrees in New York City. This would be okay if I lived in an apartment that had an AC, but I don't. :( Trying to not melt away....
You know what I can't manage in the heat...turning on the oven. We eat a lot of salads and sandwiches in the summer time.
It's not too bad where I am yet but I know in a months time I will be miserable.

saw an ad on Coke or something where they put the candidates name on the coke...e.g. clinton coke...etc...and on Obama's Coke tins they put 'Yes, we can'.
In teaching, that is one of the first things you teach your kids...'yes, we can'! xx
