rock a bye summer
Yesterday when my son went down for his nap (yeah he is napping a bit more lately-not long but consistant) I went out to take pictures of the trees.
I haven't been in the hamock much lately~all business. So I decided a good picture of it hung in my studio would be a good reminder to take a break every once in a while:)
I finally realized I could attach my duaflex to my tripod-can't believe nit took me so long. The pictures are a lot easier to take without trying to keep two cameras still.

I LOVE this pic. I have a thing with apples. lol When we get a house, I am planting apple trees.
And this pic just looks like fall.
My grandpa used to sing to me that old song, "Don't sit under the apple tree, with anyone else but me, anyone else but me, anyone else but me." -- made me smile this morning. Thanks sweetness.

i love my hammock more than any other summery thing. great idea to put up a pick of it. there is something unearthly about rocking under the trees, the breeze pushing you along...
