I am glad you had a good day! :)

I started a lifestyle change January first and checked out all these websites for information and support; I like the Slimfast site the best. I started using their products two months ago. I also like that the weight goals on their site are very realistic. I am a memeber on their site (it is free) and read the menu they suggest everyday...although I don't follow their food suggestions I do follow their calorie allotment. I drink their gluten free lactose free coffee shake almost every morning. It helped me almost eliminate coffee and all the sugar and milk I used in it. Now I do occassionally have coffee or an espresso but it is always with skim milk or fat free half and half with no sugar.

I LOVE reading about your journey. For some reason I haven't felt comfortable sharing about my lifestyle change on my blog. I think it is because as a teenager I had an eating disorder and would feel like I have to explain myself too much (because my faimly reads my blog)

I really do feel like I have finally developed some really healthy eating habits. It has only been two months but I feel good.
I have lost 20 pounds, but I still need to loose 15 more to be at a healthy weight for my body type.
Now I have to start exercising. I want to be in the best shape of my life and I know it is about more than just food. We are looking at buying a tread mill.

Thanks for listening and sharing!
